Our team has a wide range of skills and experiences, and whatever stage they’re at, they’re selected because they share our passion, commitment and positive attitudes to childcare and our families. All key positions are held by people with recognised qualifications, and we make sure we always have significantly more qualified team members on site than the minimum Ofsted requirement.
